HOW TO ORDER

We deliver to Bulgaria and Romania.
The customer selects the goods to be ordered on the website. The desired goods are added to the order list by pressing the “add to cart” symbol. The quantity of the ordered goods can be changed by selecting the desired quantity by clicking on the “+” and “-” buttons. The shopping cart can be found in a round balloon in the lower right corner of the screen. Pressing the “shopping cart” button indicates the number of products selected. In the shopping cart the selection can be edited, and to complete the order you need to press the “order” button.
Before pressing the “order” button, the Privacy Policy and Cookie Setting Instruction is displayed on the screen. After familiarization with and acceptance of the general terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, the order can be completed by pressing the “Payment >” button.
No registration is required to place an order. The order is made as a “guest”, without registration. After entering the required information as a guest, you have the opportunity to choose the delivery address, type of delivery and method of payment, as well as check and change the information about your order before pressing the “order” button.
A legally binding offer is submitted by completing the order by pressing the “order” button. The receipt of the order is confirmed by e-mail.
The text is not saved and after the order is completed, it cannot be accessed. The order data can be printed immediately after its dispatch.

- DELIVERY CONDITIONS
(1) Transport costs
Delivery within Bulgaria is free of charge at an order value of 49 leva. Below this amount, a fixed delivery fee, including postal and packaging costs, of BGN 4.89 is paid, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Delivery within the European Union is free of charge at an order value of 29 euros. Below this amount, a fixed delivery fee, including postal and packaging costs, of EUR 3.89 is paid, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
(2) Delivery times
The goods offered in the online store are prepared for shipment within 1-2 working days after receiving the order. If information or advice is needed, we contact the customer immediately. The goods are then sent, incl. After providing information or advice, where applicable.
If the delivery of one or more ordered goods is delayed or becomes possible, we immediately inform the customer, giving him the opportunity to cancel the order. Despite the carefully planned stock, it is possible to sell a promotional product faster than expected. In view of this, we cannot provide a delivery guarantee and promotional offers are valid only as long as stocks last.
If a product cannot be delivered due to force majeure or interruption of production and these circumstances arise after the confirmation of the order contract, we are not responsible for non-delivery and are exempt from the obligation to supply. The customer will be informed of this immediately. All amounts paid by the customer for the affected order are refunded immediately.
The delivery time of our partner companies, according to their own information, is 2 working days for Bulgaria; 2-4 working days for Romania and 4-7 working days for the rest of Europe.

You have an obligation to check the ordered goods at the time of delivery before receiving them. In the event that during the inspection you find any defects (for example: damaged packaging), you must refuse to receive the goods. In this case, we will refund to you all payments for the defective goods we have received from you, including the cost of delivery, immediately and at the latest within thirty days from the day on which the defects are discovered. For returns, we will use the same payment method that you used when making the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no case will we charge you any fees for your return. We may refuse a refund until we have received a refund of the defective goods or provided us with proof that you have sent us back the defective goods, whichever is the earlier.
- PAYMENT TERMS
All prices are final prices in Bulgarian leva and/or euro, including the applicable value added tax. The available payment method is cash on delivery.
We reserve the right to add and exclude payment methods.
- SECURITY OF PAYMENT
Our website www.healthylife.bg uses SSL certificate technology for encrypted data transfer. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a protocol used to secure the connection made by users to our website. The SSL certificate encrypts the data and protects the channel through which the communication between users and our website takes place. - CANCELLATION / COST OF RETURN
The right of withdrawal is granted to the consumer only in respect of goods ordered from www.healthylife.bg, which are not pre-manufactured and for the production of which the individual choice or instructions from the customer are crucial or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer and / or are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons, when their sealing is removed after delivery and/or may deteriorate rapidly or expire rapidly.
In order to avoid further disputes, the right of withdrawal does not apply to foods, including food additives.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without providing justification, within fourteen days. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. In the event that we make multiple deliveries for one order, the cancellation period amounts to fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last delivered goods from the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([email protected]) with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of refusal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments for the cancelled order that we have received from you, including the cost of delivery, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For returns, we will use the same payment method that you used when making the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no case will we charge you any fees for your return. We may refuse a refund until we have received a refund of the returned goods or provided us with proof that you have sent back the returned goods, whichever is the sooner.
You must send back the goods to us immediately, but no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The time limit shall be deemed to have been observed when you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period. You bear the direct cost of sending the goods back.
- DEFECTS / WARRANTY / LIABILITY / RETURN POLICY
In principle, we provide a guarantee in accordance with the regulations. Nevertheless, we agree that the warranty period amounts to the expiration date of each product. In the event of a breach of obligations for which we are responsible or if hidden defects of the goods are discovered, the customer is obliged to notify us of this and may provide us with an appropriate period to carry out subsequent deliveries or repairs, if possible. If the subsequent delivery or repair is unsuccessful, the customer has the right, as he chooses, to request subsequent delivery or reduction of the purchase price, or to withdraw from the purchase contract and/or to claim compensation. If the customer also requests compensation, we are only liable for the damage to the goods ordered. Additional claims for compensation from the customer are excluded.
In all the above cases, the consumer sends us the goods immediately and in any event at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which he notifies us as described above. The time limit is deemed to have been met when you send us the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period. We pay all direct costs for the return of the goods in this case. The consumer must send the goods using the same delivery method that we used when we sent him the goods.
